So if you have multiple smtps then you need to identify them by giving them a name

hi not using a gmail smtp, im using a smtp from a hosting account
I bought an smtp online, its a domain from another hosting account not gmail.
Ok if it’s an error… then your credentials are not correct. Most hosting providers credentials smtp are formed like this “smtp.yourdomain.com
And some hosting providers smtp are like this “smtp.privateemail.com” then you add your username and password and port.

Hi Steve. This is just some feedback. The system is working. I send an email to my own email addresses and it was both private domain email addresses and gmail addresses and to all of them the messages came into the inbox and not the spam box. It is such a relieve as all my emails going out to my list in get response go to the spam box. I believe more people will now get and see my emails and I will start to have success.

It's very important to make sure your emails are going to the inbox and not spam... Your open rate will suffer. Your click through rate will suffer.

I texted you but for the benefit of future persons getting on the blog I wanted to ask the question here. I have purchased 5 private email boxes from NameCheap.com. I have tried setting up the SMTP in the software with both outgoing ports Namecheap shows. I have mail.privateemail.com as the server and I know I entered the password correctly. When I test the connection it works but when I try to send email it fails. Not sure what is wrong. I tried again with Norton disabled and it still failed.
